If this is your first time booking with Sugar Bay - Holiday Resort for Kids and Teens, we know that you may be a bit overwhelmed by all the paperwork, but it's only because we truly care about the wellbeing of your child(ren). Below are some resources that you may find helpful like packing lists, directions to camp, as well as our online and printable forms that we may ask for during the booking process for a new camper.

Online and printable forms:
If your child needs to bring daily or emergency medication to camp, please download this form and pack it in their bag along with their medication. This will ensure that our Health Center dispenses the medication correctly.
If your child has a friend coming with to camp and would like to be placed in the same cabin with them, please make sure both parties fill in our Cabin Share Request form. [Download PDF version]
Flying to/ from camp? We have a great airport routine from King Shaka International Airport. Please complete this form with your child's flight detailsso that we can arrange the airport transfer.

Our camp caters for children between 7-17 years old. In some cases, we may allow an 18 year old to camp, however they will be required to sign our overage indemnity form and accept our conditions.

Only if you did not complete our online New Camper Enrolment Form, then please complete this Health & Safety Form to ensure that our Health Center knows exactly how to care for your child during their stay with us.
